How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our website is served over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection, is scanned on a regular basis for security vulnerabilities, and we use regular malware scanning.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Do We Use Cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your device through your web browser (if you allow) that enable the site’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
We use cookies to:
- Understand and remember your preferences for future visits.
- Compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf.
You can choose to have your browser warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can turn off all cookies through your browser settings. Because each browser is a little different, look at your browser’s Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, some of the features that make your site experience more efficient may not function properly.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, and delivering communications to you — including SMS messaging providers — provided they agree to keep the information confidential, use it only for the purposes for which it was provided, and handle it in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. We may also release information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of others.
Third-Party Links
We may occasionally include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
Third-Party Behavioral Tracking
We may permit trusted third-party analytics and advertising services to collect information about how visitors use our website in order to measure site performance and present relevant advertising. These services may use cookies or similar technologies. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS message content are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for details.
How Our Site Handles Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. Because no common industry standard for responding to DNT signals has been adopted, our website does not currently respond to DNT browser signals. You can control cookies through your browser settings as described above.
California Privacy Rights
The California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) requires commercial websites and online services that collect Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy stating the information being collected and the parties with whom it is shared.
In accordance with CalOPPA:

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) governs the collection of personal information from children under 13 years of age. We do not market to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practice Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States. In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, we will take the following responsive action should a data breach occur:
- We will notify affected individuals by email or other means permitted by law, without unreasonable delay and in accordance with applicable state and federal notification requirements.
We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle, which requires that individuals have the right to pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law, and that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and prosecute non-compliance.
CAN-SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, and gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them.
We collect your email address in order to send information, respond to inquiries and requests, and market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.
To be in accordance with CAN-SPAM, we agree to the following:
- Not to use false or misleading subject lines or email addresses.
- To identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
- To include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
- To monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
